Hi! I’m Anneke.
I’m a wedding photographer based in Wanaka, New Zealand. (Available to travel anywhere!)
I LOVE PEOPLE! Photographing them, being around them, sharing stories with them, dancing with them, adventuring with them.
I’ve travelled the world, always with a camera in my hand, since I was a small child (thanks for my nomadic spirit mum and dad!).
Photography started as a hobby which soon turned into an obsession as I found an ability to capture people in the exact way I saw them.
Through photography, I get invited into people’s stories and their worlds, which is probably the part I love most.

What it’s like having me there
You don’t need to be good at having your photo taken.
Most couples tell me they feel awkward in front of the camera. I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I’m not going to spend the whole day posing you or interrupting real moments.
I’ll mostly let the day happen.
I love the little things that happen when nobody is thinking about the camera. The hugs, nervous laughs, people losing it during speeches, kids doing something ridiculous and your friends going wild on the dance floor.
I’ll help before the wedding too.
We’ll go through your timeline together so there is enough time for the photos you care about without making your whole wedding revolve around photography. I’m also always happy to help with locations, vendors or anything else you are stuck on.
