Pola & X. These two beautiful people decided to book a wedding portrait shoot in Wanaka while visiting New Zealand. We were blessed with frost on the ground and the most magical light. Autumn is a beautiful time of year for photos in Wanaka.

I got to capture the most beautiful elopement in Ohau, New Zealand.

Bie and Steve decided to spontaneously elope and got in touch with me only a few weeks before their elopement. Luckily I was available and we met for a coffee. It immediately felt like we had known each other for a while and their whole day was so much fun.

Paul and Jane. Where to even begin. This one is extra special to me, as Paul is my partner’s uncle and therefore they both have become my family over the past 7 years. These two have been together for 30 years and only decided a few months ago that they finally wanted to get married. With all of their family coming to New Zealand for a big reunion anyway, they made it all happen pretty quickly. I remember how excited I was when they called me to ask if I would consider capturing this special day for them. A dreamy backyard wedding to photograph in Tauranga, as well as being able to spend time with the whole family for the weekend?! Hell yessss.

Their reception went down at the old Port Levy School, giving off fun vintage vibes that perfectly matched their style. From their perfectly choreographed first dance to all the fun with their favourite people, every moment was just pure happiness.

Stoked to have photographed this beautiful wedding in Arrowtown, Queenstown, for an amazing couple that came all the way from Australia to have their dream wedding in our beautiful mountains.

A love story that spans continents, brought together by airplanes and a whole lot of love. I had the privilege of capturing the incredible moments of an intimate destination wedding in Wanaka for an American private flight attendant and an Aussie pilot. They met while working in the skies and did the long-distance thing until she made the big move to Australia. They decided to tie the knot on the 5th of October, which matches up with the American version of the 10th of May—the date she got her residency granted in Oz.
