Based in Wanaka, I photograph weddings and elopements throughout Queenstown, Central Otago and wherever else your story happens to take us.

Wedding photography that actually feels like you.
I’m not interested in spending your wedding day turning every moment into a photoshoot.
I want you to be in it. Hug your people for too long. Cry during the speeches. Dance terribly. Sneak away together for ten minutes when everything gets wonderfully overwhelming.
I’ll step in when you need a little guidance, particularly when we’re creating portraits together, but a huge part of my work is simply watching. Looking for the tiny interactions, the fleeting expressions and the beautiful chaos happening around you while you’re busy living it.
My style sits somewhere between documentary wedding photography and artful portraiture. Natural and emotional, but with a creative eye for movement, landscapes, light and all the little details that make your day uniquely yours.

Let’s have a chat
If everything here feels like a good fit, book a video call and tell me more about what you’re planning. We can get to know each other, go through your day, answer any questions and figure out which coverage makes the most sense.
II
Make it official
After our call I’ll send through a proposal for your day. A signed contract and 25% retainer officially locks your date in.
III
Final weeks
Six weeks before the wedding I’ll send out your questionnaires. We’ll go through everything properly and finalise your photography timeline together on another call.

My elopement photography packages start at $1,600 for 2 hours of coverage, my wedding photography packages start at $3,600 for 6 hours. From intimate elopements to full wedding days, there are different options depending on how much of your story you’d like captured. If you’re not quite sure how many hours you need, get in touch and I’m always happy to help you figure out what makes sense for your day.

HELL YEAH! Big weddings are wonderful, but I also love the intimacy and freedom of smaller celebrations. Whether it’s just the two of you somewhere in the mountains, a handful of your favourite people beside the lake, or a relaxed little wedding at home, I’m there to capture it in a way that still feels like a full story.

Of course. Most people tell me they feel awkward in front of a camera, so you’re definitely not alone. I’ll give you gentle direction when you need it, but I’m not going to spend your whole wedding day posing you. The goal is for you to be present with each other while I capture everything unfolding around you. The laughs, the nerves, the chaos and all the little glimmers in between.

Yes! We’ll work through your timeline together before the wedding so there’s enough space for the photographs you care about without making the whole day feel like one giant photoshoot. I can also help you think through things like portrait timing, light, locations and how much coverage will suit your plans.

We roll with it! Wanaka and Queenstown weather can have a mind of its own, and some of my favourite photographs have happened in rain, wind and moody mountain weather. We can adjust timings or locations if we need to, but I’m always looking for ways to make whatever the day gives us look beautiful rather than stressing about a perfect forecast. Keeping in mind to chat to your venue about rain backup plans!

You’ll receive a sneak peek from your wedding within one week so you have something beautiful to relive straight away. Your full edited gallery will be delivered within 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the time of year.
